The problem
Board submissions — APAAR IDs, UDISE+ PEN data, transfer certificates — get assembled from whatever spreadsheet is current in February, and mistakes surface only after they’ve already been submitted.

How it works
- Every field a board submission asks for — student, guardian, attendance, and marks — is already structured data in your school’s records, not a parallel spreadsheet.
- A published-marks gate means nothing goes out to a parent, or into a report, unreviewed.
