How the switch works
- We run the migration in parallel with your existing system, through the remainder of your current contract — you pay us nothing until your renewal date.
- You go live at the academic year boundary, never mid-term. Moving a fee ledger in the middle of a term is how schools lose money, so we do not do it that way.
- Before you cut over, both systems have produced the same results from the same records, so there is nothing to reconcile on day one.
- Send us the files you actually have, not a cleaned-up version. Before you sign we tell you exactly what comes across automatically and what needs a manual pass.
