How long does it take to go live?

About a week for a typical school — org setup, class and section structure, staff accounts, student and guardian import, fee structures, and credential distribution, using the same onboarding runbook we measure ourselves against internally. We'll show you the schedule on a call rather than asking you to take our word for it.

What happens to our existing data?

We do the migration. Send us the files you actually have — not a cleaned-up version — and before you sign we'll tell you exactly what comes across automatically and what needs a manual pass.

What's the contract length?

Billed annually in advance, with a minimum annual contract per tier (see the table above). If you switch from another system, the cutover happens at an academic year boundary, never mid-term — moving a fee ledger in November is how schools lose money.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You can export your full dataset yourself, at any time, as CSV per entity or one documented JSON dump — this works from day one of the contract, not just on the way out. If your account is ever suspended or the contract ends, for any reason, you keep 90 days of read-only access to see and export everything before it closes.
